Stay Off The Sleeping Pills!

There are several types of sleep disorders, each with different causes / causes. One cause of poor sleep can be for example: the death of a loved one. Sleep consists of 6 stages.
When you go down and you start your sleep, it does the following:

Phase 1 and 2 – NREM sleep (light sleep)

+ Eye movements

Phase 3 and 4 – NREM sleep (deep sleep)

+ growth hormone is released
+ Cell-and tissue repair, particularly of the skin
+ Energy levels recovering

Finally, REM sleep (dreaming sleep)

+irregular breathing and heartbeat
+Increased blood flow and renewed protein levels in the brains
+ Blood pressure fluctuates
+ Rapid eye movements
+ Face vibration
