Are you happy with your body weight? Then it is important that you know to keep. Research has shown that keeping your weight can be easy!

* Drink less sugary drinks, and more water or tea
* More often take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator
* Regular exercise
* In your work, or drive, bike or walk
* Eat more fiber (fruits, vegetables and cereals)
* Try to work (or school) healthy lunch

In practice, these methods proved easy to maintain. Another tip, not in the survey, is setting a maximum weight for yourself. Are you happy with your weight? Tel then 2 kilos, this is your scope. Once you see that you are likely to be heavier than your maximum weight, then hold a days balance and get more exercise. That way you can, together with the above guidelines, you simply maintain healthy weight!
