Tiredness, difficulty sleeping or joint and muscle pain is something that everyone has ever experienced. However, there is a percentage of the population is extremely tired permanently without any cause that justifies it. This is the most extreme exhaustion characteristic of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a disease of unknown cause that affects mainly women between 20 and 50 years.
1. What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
