Vinegar for food preparations containing between 4 and 8 percent acetic acid, obtained by biological processes.

Many eligible for food production: grapes, apples, melons, potatoes, berries, dates, cereals etc. The only condition is that they contain enough sugar or carbohydrates can be fermented into alcohol. Then put the vinegar bacterium, Acetobacter, which in acetic alcohol.
