Avoiding emotional stress and overweight

Some tips to avoid falling into a pattern of stress and a significant increase in weight:

1. Avoid drinking coffee, and alcohol and if you take it, do it moderately. These substances over activating the body and even cause a feeling of relaxation, this is temporary.

2. Do sports at least three times a week. Moderate physical exertion stimulates the segregation of endorphins that positively affect our mood.

3. Maintain a balanced diet. This will not only help you to face everyday life situations with greater strength and endurance also look better physically will help you improve your mood.

4. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, B and C and minerals. Fruits and vegetables and nuts and steamed fish, we provide all the nutrients needed to prevent fatigue and everyday stress. (more…)

Treatment necessary
Pneumonia is associated with much coughing, phlegm, high fever, breathlessness and a feeling of malaise. When your immune system is not sufficiently able to adequately fight this infection, treatment is needed.

The trachea divides into two airways (main bronchi), which ramify to smaller and smaller bronchi. The smallest airways – the bronchioles – have a diameter of about one millimeter, they end in a kind of grape bunches (called alveoli or air sacs). Previously it was known that a daily glass of wine good for health. Now it seems that to be true for other alcoholic beverages. At least, not if you drink too much.

According to research by the Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment among 1373 men is a bit of alcohol per day better than no alcohol. (more…)

smokingLung cancer is in 90% of cases by smoking. If you have cancer or you have smoked, this is annoying to hear. You simply smoked, and you can not undo. What you still can do is encourage people around you to stop smoking. You know what the consequences might be, and you’re the right person to that of your partner, children, family, friends and colleagues across.

If you do not have cancer, you then consider this:

* One in four smokers dies early (between the 35th and 69th year of life) to the effects of smoking. This is like a gun to your head, which one of the four rooms is loaded.

Stay Off The Sleeping Pills!

There are several types of sleep disorders, each with different causes / causes. One cause of poor sleep can be for example: the death of a loved one.
